We know you spent a lot of time stitching and want your project to come out the way you have in mind. That's why we talk on the phone - the "old fashioned" way.

Please note we do not quote projects without a corresponding photo.
The Process:
- Email a photo of your completed needlepoint canvas and phone number to Info@NeedlepointFinishingServices.com please include the dimensions of the stitched area.
- Your finisher will call you - yes, on the phone! This is a personalized service. It is important to speak to a living person to discuss your preferences, guide you through the finishing options, choose fabrics, trims, cording, stuffing etc. You worked hard on the stitching and we want it to come out the way you envisioned.
- You will be provided with a custom quote based on the size of your project and your preferences for finishing.
- Send your canvas - We recommend you use a shipping method that provides tracking. USPS is usually the more cost effective, but you may use FedEx, or UPS as well. Please use a cushion mailer, protective envelope, box or tube. You may gently fold your canvas to fit.
- You will receive a photo of your project when it is finished.
- We will send your package via USPS and the tracking information will be emailed to you. If you would like to use a different carrier please let us know.
Our turnaround time for finishing projects varies by season. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we will make every effort to meet it. We offer rush services on a limited basis.
